Online fitness is a hugely popular and ever growing industry that we should all take advantage of. At the click of a button you can now stream classes from all over the world, from HIT training to yoga for beginners. And the majority of them are absolutely free!

This new way of working out helps people in all different kinds of lifestyles. New mums who can’t get to the gym, corporate travellers who can’t commit to a membership, or people that are just a little shy about working out in the gym.

Well it may be in your reach… Barrecore online classes combine cardio pilates and yoga with ballet inspired moves to ensure you get an intense workout that delivers results. The founder, Niki Rein, worked with fellow fitness expert Tracy Anderson before starting Barrecore in 2011 – it has since grown from strength to strength.

The Les Mills way has become a fixture in nearly every gym in the UK, so if you’re into your fitness it is more than likely you have tried it before. From body pump to Sh’bam, there is something for everyone. And now you can do it all at home.

NHS fitness studio

If you are just starting out your fitness journey and you don’t want to splash out on fees straight off then this is a great option. The NHS offer a selection of free classes ranging from belly dancing to aerobics. You can even give the ‘couch to 5k’ running plan a go if you really want a challenge.


Are you looking for a more personal approach? Then Komitted might be for you. An expert in fat loss, owner Karl Williams sets you up with personalised training and nutrition programmes.
